Antibiotics aren’t capable of differentiating between bad bacteria and good bacteria, which makes it important to avoid taking antibiotics unless it is absolutely necessary. If you eliminate good bacteria in your body, it could lead to an imbalance that will cause you to have diarrhea or other types of stomach issues. 

Bad Bacteria

Bad bacteria try to grow inside your body and it will multiply at all costs. This type of bacteria doesn’t care about your well-being and it will infect you. This can lead to a lot of complications and many diseases are associated with bad bacteria. The reason why you wash your hands so often is so that you can avoid getting sick due to being exposed to bad bacteria. 

As mentioned earlier, bad bacteria can lead to various types of infections. Sometimes when you have an infection it will be necessary to treat it using antibiotics. People take antibiotics sparingly because you can grow immune to them if you use them too often. It’s also best to only use them when necessary to avoid killing the good bacteria, but you do sometimes desperately need antibiotics to get an infection under control.
